GEOGRAPHIC PLANNING COLLABORATIVE (GPC) GPC is a full service consulting firm focused on the development and application of geographic and related information technologies as they pertain to urban and regional planning and resource management issues. The services offered jointly by AMERICEC and GPC represent a logical and complementary grouping of activities to address the full cycle of technology planning, design, and implementation within government and private organizations. UNIVERSITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA Founded in 1907, The University of Redlands (UR), in Southern California, is a private university consistently ranked among the best small universities in the nation by US News and World Report. Uniquely situated close to the headquarters of Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), the UR offers one of the world's most internationally renowned GIS programs. Together, AMERICEC and the university have entered into a "Master Services Provider Agreement" allowing UR to collaborate with the AMERICEC Team in the design, preparation, and delivery of complex GIS projects throughout the U.S. and abroad.
