LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS/LAND USE PLANNERS

US Citizenship, B.S. in planning/landscape architecture, professional registration, 8 years minimum experience in facility design/planning. The landscape architect should be experienced with roads, parking, buildings, and site development, with command of site engineering, grading/drainage, and planting/irrigation. The land use planner should be experienced with community, industrial, and institutional land uses, with understanding of demographics, traffic and economics. Candidates must be capable of working as lead planners/landscape architects and have good communication skills, strong report writing capabilities, and knowledge of GIS. Work location is in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. One year initial assignment.


Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Benefits will include one-month leave annually, with holidays, sick leave, housing, and transportation. 48 hour week.
