  • GIS Analyst/Research Assistant at the International Center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (ICARDA).  In collaboration with Texas A&M University, participated in the conversion of the data layers for the Almanac Characterization Tool (ACT) Atlas using ArcInfo workstation.  Duties also included image classification (Landsat TM & MSS, AVHRR 1 km), staff training on GIS and Remote Sensing software, and assistance to scientists with the GIS and RS aspect of their research.
