  • Major project experience includes wastewater collection and disposal systems, secondary and tertiary wastewater treatment plants, effluent reuse systems, water supply and distribution systems, stormwater drainage systems and washout protection, industrial and commercial buildings, community master planning and development, and oil and gas flowlines

  • Served as planning/studies/engineering design task leader for a USAID-funded wastewater and stormwater master planning and engineering design program

  • Participated on several value engineering teams evaluating and reporting on preliminary engineering designs of major environmental projects and industrial support facilities to determine cost effectiveness, environmental impacts, and ways of reducing costs while maintaining value
