Representative Project Experience:

  • Experience covers a wide range of duties and responsibilities including strategic planning, project management, studies, designs, construction management and supervision, commissioning, and post commissioning support

  • Over 20 GIS projects focusing on a diverse client base

  • Served as Director of a $12 million fast track, turn key project that meets the automation, information, and communications needs of a large water and electric authority

  • Project Director of the first corporate GIS project implemented at a company-wide level in the Middle East. Focus is on developing an automated mapping/facility management/GIS (AM/FM/GIS) study to modernize, automate and informate the electric power system for the country

  • Project Director of a pre-feasibility study for a staged wastewater program that incorporated GIS in order to enhance the analytical capabilities and decision making process of the projects

  • A fast-track, turn key $1.5 million GIS project for a large electricity and water authority that includes needs identification, design, building a seamless database, application development, system integration, training and deployment

  • Project Director for the development of a master plan, preliminary design, final design, and contract documents for a major community development. The implementation included the most modern and up-to-date information technologies namely the GIS system
